With its orchard fruit and sweet spice flavours, this autumnal-style single malt unlocks the memory of harvesting apples in the garden for the first crumble of the season.

The perfect serve
Cyrnel
Inspired by the striking image of a golden sunset, this harmonious creation elevates the floral notes and sweet spices of the whisky.
40ml The Whiskymaker's Editions Equinox
10ml Amaretto liqueur
2 tsp Peach conserve
1 dash Orange blossom
Top up with Prosecco
Add the whisky, amaretto, peach conserve and orange blossom in a cocktail shaker without ice and stir until fully dissolved. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with a large ice cube and top with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of fresh plum.
