We are celebrating our latest award for The Lakes Single Malt Whisky.
The Whiskymaker's Reserve No.7, the final flourish in our internationally-acclaimed series, was awarded the Grand Gold Medal at the 25th Spirits Selection by CMB.
The Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles has grown a reputation for its meticulous selection process, with spirits ranging from whiskies and cognacs to tequilla from across the globe are tasted, evaluated and classified by a panel of internationally recognised experts.
Hosted in Treviso, Italy, this year's event took place from September 28th to October 1st and saw the judging panel evaluate and classify 2,383 spirits from 57 countries spanning across five continents.
Our fragrant, final evolution, The Whiskymaker's Reserve No.7, was one of only six single malt whiskies to be bestowed with this accolade.

An International Revelation
We are delighted to reveal that No.7 was presented with a Revelation trophy.
Awarded to entries awarded to Grand Gold Members following a second round of tasting and deliberation by the panel.
This honour recognises "innovative products which meet present-day consumer expectations" and are "selected for unquestionable quality". As one of 18 spirits selected, we take immense pride in the recognition received for the bold last chapter in The Whiskymaker's Reserve series.
