Introducing The Whiskymaker's Reserve
In the perpetual whisky life-cycle of beginnings and blending, is it ever possible to perfectly fulfil ambition? The whiskymaker’s inner pursuit of perfection fuels an eternal drive to better himself. His holistic role, at the helm throughout the liquid’s journey through the distillery, unlocks infinite variables and never-ending flavour possibilities.
The Whiskymaker’s Reserve is an artistic exploration of oak and blending; of flavour evolution and defining a house style. Creating a new whisky requires a framework of sorts, but there has to be room within it to play, to follow gut feeling and instinct. The architecture of each release of Whiskymaker’s Reserve will evolve in keeping with both our increasing sherry cask influence and our sense of adventure.

The final flourish in our internationally-acclaimed series has been awarded the Grand Gold Medal at the 25th Spirits Selection by CMB, received gold recognition at the World Whiskies Awards 2024, and a gold medal in this year's Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition.

Inspired by the Manhattan cocktail, our decadent take on this classic serve replaces the traditional sweet vermouth with ginger wine. Cacao powder brings a touch of bitterness whilst balsamic vinegar adds an extra layer of complexity.
