Crafted as part of Rosewood London X campaign, Decadence is one of a series of unique collaborations that celebrates a decade of innovation and craftsmanship, from one of the capital's most innovative hospitality brands.
We have teamed up with Scarfes Bar to create The Whiskymaker’s Editions ‘Decadence’ single malt, commemorating a remarkable ten-year anniversary.
Area director of bars at Rosewood London, Martin Siska, said: “It has been an extraordinary experience to create this limited-edition bottle, which symbolises the significance of this milestone. Working alongside The Lakes team has been a pleasure, and we look forward to continuing our partnership together in the future.”
With only 402 individually numbered bottles made, this whisky is available to enjoy in either Scarfes Bar itself or to purchase on Rosewood London’s website from Tuesday 10 October.

A landmark release
An extraordinary festival of flavour, towering with joyful layers of taste, aroma, and texture, Decadance also celebrates another milestone on our whisky journey.
The inaugural creation from our whiskymaker, Sarah Burgess, who began her role as our whiskymaker in January 2023, her maiden release with The Lakes Single Malt is rich with opulent butterscotch, figs, dates, and a burst of orange zest, providing a versatile balance of sweetness and warm wood spice.
The Whiskymaker's Editions Decadance is the first release from The Lakes Single Malt under the name of our whiskymaker, Sarah Burgess.
This single malt was influenced by American and European oak Oloroso seasoned casks, complemented with a small number of American Bourbon barrels.
Prior to its release on their anniversary celebration, Scarfes Bar are holding an online auction for bottle number 10, signed by Gerard Scarfe, the renowned British artist and caricaturist is named after.
All proceeds donated to their nominated charity, Equal Measures UK, a charity organisation dedicated to supporting underrepresented and marginalised people in the drinks industry.
