Single Malt Whisky
The Chocolatier is inspired by the palate and creativity of a master chocolatier, bringing together the craft of exceptional whisky and the art of fine chocolate. Matured in European and American oak sherry, bourbon and Port casks, this limited-edition single malt is a rich feast of spiced hot chocolate, white peach and brandy snaps, perfected at 51% ABV with a dark chocolate finish. Bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
Founded in 2011 in England’s Lake District, The Lakes Distillery is reshaping the whisky landscape, proving that English whisky can rival the world’s best. At the heart of its approach lies the art of élevage: a distinctive maturation process. Rather than letting the spirit rest undisturbed, whiskymakers move it between casks, building remarkable depth, layered flavour and complexity.
The Chocolatier's exceptional craftsmanship was recognised at the World Whisky Awards 2026, winning both a Gold medal and the Category Winner title.
