Kairos was released as a distillery exclusive in the UK in October 2023, and will be available in select international markets.
Kairos is the capturing of a golden moment, frozen in time. Feel the warm, lightly spiced finishing notes linger as the peak of the moment fades.

Momentum
Ingredients:
50ml The Whiskymaker's Reserve Kairos
20ml Manzanilla Sherry
10ml Brown Cacao liqueur
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Method:
Combine all the ingredients, including the mint, into a mixing glass. Let the mixture infuse for approximately 30 minutes. Once infused, add enough ice cubes to fill the glass. Stir the mixture for 10 seconds to chill and properly blend the flavours. Strain the infused cocktail into a coupette or martini glass, serving it straight up. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
