The Lakes Distillery announces the launch of its new limited edition Lakes Single Malt Whisky, The Whiskymaker’s Editions – Le Goûter, exclusively available at Harvey Nichols.

Transporting you to the exquisite Parisian streets in spring, Le Goûter (lay-goo-tay) is a one-off release of The Whiskymaker’s Editions that has been exclusively made for Harvey Nichols to showcase the sense of adventure of The Lakes’ whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi.
An exceptional diversion from their sherry-led house style, each Edition is an expression of creative freedom; the product of a playground where instinct, experience and inspiration roam free.
Inspired by treasured memories of the anticipation and taste sensations created by a childhood cake shop excursion, Le Goûter unfurls a light and delectable dimension of The Lakes Single Malt.

With only 306 numbered bottles made, the whisky’s delicate sophistication and understated elegance carry you away to the heady patisserie, where fragrant jasmine and crème anglaise swirl into hints of pear, citrus zest and freshly baked madeleines.
Drawn in by comforting vanilla, a lightness of touch reminiscent of alluring aromas of freshly baked confections dancing on warm afternoon air entice you towards the source. The prospect of sweet treats with great friends lifts the heart and carries you onwards to your delicious destiny: Le Goûter.
