The Lakes Single Malt Whiskymaker’s Editions Isadora has been awarded Gold at the 2024 International Spirits Challenge (ISC).
The ISC is renowned for its rigorous and independent judging process. Each spirit undergoes a meticulous blind assessment by an experienced panel of specialist judges, who score it based on its aroma, appearance, taste, and finish.

40ml The Whiskymaker’s Editions Isadora
20ml Mirin
25ml Chai tea
2 Small cubes of ripe mango
Mango wedge, to garnish
Place the mango into a mixing glass, and muddle until it becomes soft like a purée. Add ice cubes and all the other ingredients. Stir for approximately 10 seconds, then strain into old fashioned glass with large ice ball. Garnish with mango wedge.
